i just submitted a deviation, which kind of looks retarded since it was done in approximately 5 minutes for a last minute art project.

some restaurant owner held a reception for me and other students because our artworks are displayed in her restaurant.

she is offering $400 for my painting. some other people wanted it too, according to my art teacher.

i don't know if i should sell it at this price. i mean, i know it's a great offer...

but i don't produce quality artworks all the time. i am not a prolific artist. i barely have anything in my portfolio. i am not going to be an artist. and i really like my painting. i want to sell it and i don't.

should i sell it?????

and if i do, should i ask for more (i want $500). it is right for a student to bargain when someone has already offered a price that everyone else is pretty much begging me to sell? i'm not being arrogant; i just want to know. i've never sold any paintings and i'm totally new to this.
please help me!

when did deviant art become so easy to navigate?? i don't have to spend hours to look through 500 deviations anymore!

wow, i haven't been here for a while...
as a result, i had 600 something deviations to click through. and i'm one sixth done with that. hahaha, i also posted one more deviation, which sucks.

i haven't been making any kind of art except for school projects. i occasionally take some photos but they are not as great as they used to be. my eyes don't see through those beautiful moments of life anymore. they are blurred by busy schoolwork and stress. i no longer have the time to appreciate beauty anymore.

okay, that's way too dramatic. in fact, i do appreciate beauty. you can see my proof of that in my tumblr, which i created a few days ago because i needed that "lazy blogging" technique. i love tumblr though; it's so easy to post and i've always wanted a blog that i can just post anything i find from the internet.
